Summary:

The Massage Therapist will provide professional massage and body treatments to clients, ensuring a relaxing and therapeutic experience. The role requires strong knowledge of massage techniques, excellent customer service skills, and adherence to hygiene and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform various massage techniques (Swedish, deep tissue, aromatherapy, reflexology, hot stones etc.) based on client needs.

• Assess clients’ physical conditions and recommend appropriate treatments.

• Maintain a clean and organized treatment area.

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

• Keep accurate records of treatments and client preferences.

• Promote spa services and products when appropriate.

• Ability to do receptionist roles interchangeably.

Qualifications:

• Certification in massage therapy from a recognized institution.

• Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and massage techniques.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
