Hotel Finance Manager
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Finance Manager, located in Musanze, Rwanda.
The Finance Manager will oversee and manage the hotel’s financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and reporting.
Key responsibilities include:
– Preparing financial statements.
– Ensure compliance with financial regulations.
– Managing cash flow.
– Overseeing cash flows.
– Collaborate with other departments to support decision-making and provide recommendations for financial strategies to drive organizational success.
Qualifications
– Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and reporting.
– Experience with cash flow management, internal audits, and financial compliance.
– Proficient in accounting software, financial tools, and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
– Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration across departments.
– Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (professional certifications such as CPA or ACCA are a plus).
– Deep understanding of Rwanda tax regime.
– Prior experience in the hospitality or hotel industry is highly desirable.
– Ability to work effectively and efficiently in an on-site setting in Musanze, Rwanda.
