We are seeking a warm, energetic, and service driven People & Culture Officer to support our client’s fastest growing hospitality lodge. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about people, guest‑centered service, and building a positive, engaged, and high‑performing team.
Key Responsibilities
• Support recruitment of lodge staff.
• Coordinate onboarding and orientation tailored to hospitality standards.
• Maintain accurate staff records, contracts, rosters, and HR documentation.
• Drive employee engagement, wellness initiatives, and lodge culture activities.
• Support performance management, training, and customer‑service development.
• Handle employee relations with professionalism, confidentiality, and empathy.
• Ensure compliance with hospitality labor laws, lodge policies, and safety standards.
Qualifications
• Degree in Human Resource Management, Hospitality Management, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in HR or People & Culture, preferably in hospitality.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, guest‑focused environment.
• Knowledge of hospitality HR practices (shifts, rosters, seasonal staffing) is an added advantage.
